This page outlines the official procedures and channels for requesting the permanent deletion of your account and all associated personal data from the Fables Magic mobile application, developed by Clipeus Tecnologia Ltda, in full compliance with Google Play account deletion requirements and international privacy laws (GDPR/COPPA).
Option 1: Direct Deletion within the App (Immediate)
If you still have the Fables Magic application installed on your smartphone or tablet, you can delete your account instantly by following these steps:
- 1Open the Fables Magic app on your mobile device;
- 2Go to the main navigation menu and tap on "My Profile";
- 3Scroll to the bottom of the screen and select "Delete My Account";
- 4Review the notice and confirm the deletion. Your account will be signed out immediately and registration data will be permanently wiped from our servers.
Option 2: Request without the App (Via Email)
If you have uninstalled the app from your device or no longer have access to it, you can request account deletion by contacting our official privacy support team:

🛡️ Temporarily Retained Data and Legal Justification
Financial purchase records, invoices, and transaction identifiers (processed via Google Play Store, Apple App Store, or RevenueCat) are retained strictly for the duration required by applicable tax, commercial, and accounting regulations (up to 5 years), solely for compliance and fraud prevention purposes. These records are isolated and will never be used for any other purpose once your account has been removed.
⚠️ Important Notice Regarding Active Subscriptions
Deleting your account in the Fables Magic application does not automatically cancel active recurring subscriptions managed by the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. If you have an active subscription, please make sure to cancel it directly within your device app store subscription settings to prevent future renewals.
